How to use USB Redirector and USB Server for Linux.
IncentivesPro offers new unique technology for connecting remote USB devices to the computers with different Operating Systems. Our products USB Server & USB Client for Linux and USB Redirector allows to share USB device plugged on computer working under Linux OS systems and connect it to remote computer with Windows OS.
Step 1: Install USB Server & Client for Linux on the computer with Linux OS.

Step 2. Firewall setup on Linux side.
You need to set up the rules for firewall: allow incoming/outcomming TCP connection on 32032 (by default) TCP port.
Step 3. Install USB Redirector on the computer with Windows OS.
You can install USB Redirector or USB Redirector Lite as Windows USB client.
Step 4. Add USB Server to the configuration on Windows side.
Run USB Redirector. To add USB Server select menu Connect->Add USB Server. In the window type IP address of the computer with Linux OS - ex: 192.168.1.4
As soon as connection will be established with Linux OS, in the USB Redirector Window the appropriate icon with Linux USB Server will appear.
Step 5. Share USB Device on Linux side
Firstly you need to get information about USB devices connected to your computer. You can do it from the command line in the following way:

usbsrv -l
As you can see two USB devices are connected to the computer:
1: Flash Disk USB / USB Mass Storage Device
16: USB Serial Controller C Profilic Technology Inc.
To share Flash Disk USB device connected to the computer with Linux OS you need to execute:

A the same time shared USB device available for connection will be displayed dynamically on Windows side in the USB Redirector window
Step 6. Connect remote USB device on Windows side
To connect USB Flash Disk you just need to select this device in the window and choose menu Connect->Connect USB device.
